On August 13, 2021, the research team of Applied Biotechnology successfully held the seminar as an annual activity of the group. By joining this activity, students can develop their critical reading and analysis skills. Pharmaceutical biotechnology (biopharmaceutical) is a new field, inheriting and developing the achievements of biotechnology in the production of drugs and related products for healthcare and beauty. From the early stages of biotechnology, humans knew how to use plants and some other living organisms as medicines to cure diseases. Decoding human genome sequence (2001) and big data technology marks a new research area on treatment directions based on genome analysis.
